Of course we also look for the most fun destination, the best flight option, the most central hotel and the coolest activities.
Details
With our event management tool, collecting traveller details becomes a lot easier: all you need to do is collect the e-mail addresses and send them to us. Using the mobile app too? We add the programme, and if anything changes, the participants get a notification.
Changes
Would you like to stay a few days longer yourself? A colleague can no longer come? No problem, we arrange it. We keep change and cancellation costs as low as possible and always look for the best and most affordable option for you.
Administration
Losing track of all the invoices and amounts that come with a trip? No worries! We keep track of everything and our invoicing is clear. If you have any questions about it, we are happy to answer them.
Overview
Room allocation, dietary wishes and different flights: we have it all under control. Shortly before departure we send you a personal itinerary with contact details, programme, room allocation and other important information — all together in one clear document.
Guidance
Would you like to enjoy the trip without a care yourself? Or are you unable to travel along with your group? Let us know! We can also accompany your group trip as tour guides.
Booklet
We are happy to create an information booklet for the travellers, in your own style. It can contain the programme, the contact details and other important information — and of course some information about the destination too!
